What ARCANA is

ARCANA draws tarot cards and writes a reflective reading about them. It is offered for personal insight and entertainment. A reading is a prompt for your own thinking — it is not a prediction, and nothing in it is a statement of fact about your future.

What ARCANA is not

Readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are making a decision about your health, your money, your legal position, or your safety, speak to someone qualified to advise you. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. By using ARCANA you confirm that you are.

Purchases

A full reading is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is processed by Stripe under their terms. Delivery is immediate and digital. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that harasses another person.
  • Do not submit other people’s personal information.
  • Do not attempt to overwhelm, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or to circumvent rate limits.
  • Do not resell readings or present them as professional counsel.

Ownership

The card artwork, written voice, and software are ours. The text of a reading you purchased is yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If the language model is unavailable, ARCANA falls back to a simpler rule-based reading so that you are never left with a blank page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on a reading, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. We may update them; continuing to use ARCANA after an update means you accept the revised terms.
